Shipping Policy
1. Domestic Shipping
- We offer free shipping in India for all the pre-paid orders above ₹3,000/-.
- For orders below ₹3,000/- the shipping charges will be ₹120/-.
- If the order is placed via COD (Cash on Delivery), a flat ₹99/- Cash on Delivery charge is added to your order total. Nothing is payable online - the full amount is collected in cash when your parcel is delivered.
- COD orders are confirmed over the phone before dispatch. Please keep the exact amount shown on your order confirmation ready for the courier.
2. International Shipping
- For international shipping we charge as per delivery partner's fee. (T&C applied)
- For international shipping the shipping cost is calculated at the time of shipping, depending upon the value, weight and volume of the products purchased, with the estimated delivery time provided for your order at the same time.
- We do not ship on Sundays or on national holidays.
- Once the shipment is confirmed you will receive an e-mail or WhatsApp message with the tracking number.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Delivery timeline starts from the date of your order confirmation.
- Ready to ship orders take up to 3-10 working days to deliver domestically in India.
- Orders are shipped as per the delivery dates given on the item page. Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 4-5 days in India.
- We aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
