Need another size or piece? Here's how to sort it in four simple steps.

Message us on WhatsApp or email ethnavalko@gmail.com with your order number and the size or piece you'd like to exchange for.

We schedule a pickup
A reverse pickup is arranged from your delivery address, usually within 2–3 business days. No need to ship it yourself.

Quality check
Once we receive the piece, we check it's unworn, unwashed, and has its tags intact - the same condition it arrived in.
- 4
Replacement ships
Your exchange ships as soon as the replacement size or piece is confirmed in stock.
36-hour window
Raise your exchange request within 36 hours of delivery.
Free reverse pickup
No charge for the pickup on eligible pincodes.
The fine print
Sale items, worn/washed pieces, and anything without its original tags can't be accepted for exchange - the full conditions are in our Exchange policy. Shipping timelines for exchanges follow our Shipping policy.
