Orders & Shipping
How long does an order take to arrive?+
Most orders ship within 24–48 hours and arrive in 3–7 business days across India, depending on your pincode. You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as it ships.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, international shipping is charged as per the delivery partner's fee, with T&C applied. The shipping cost is calculated at the time of shipping based on the value, weight, and volume of the products purchased, and the estimated delivery time is shared for your order at the same time. We do not ship on Sundays or national holidays. Once the shipment is confirmed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking number.
Is cash on delivery available?+
Yes, across India on eligible pincodes. There is nothing to pay online - a flat Rs. 99 Cash on Delivery charge is added to your order, and you pay the whole amount in cash when your parcel arrives. We confirm COD orders on the phone number you give us before dispatch.
How do I track my order?+
Use the tracking link sent to your email/SMS after dispatch, or write to us with your order number and we'll look it up.
Exchanges
What's your exchange window?+
Exchange requests must be raised within 36 hours of delivery, on unworn, unwashed pieces with tags intact. See our Exchange policy for the full details.
How do I start an exchange?+
Head to Make an Exchange in the footer, or write to us with your order number and the replacement size or piece you want - we'll take it from there.
When does my replacement ship?+
Once the exchanged piece passes quality check, your replacement ships as soon as the requested size or piece is confirmed in stock.
Product & Care
How do I find my size?+
Every product page has a Size Chart linked next to the size selector, with body measurements for each size in the current style.
How should I wash a chikankari piece?+
Hand wash cold or use a gentle machine cycle, wash inside out, and avoid wringing the embroidery. Full fabric-specific care notes are on each product page.
Is the embroidery really hand-done?+
Yes - every motif is hand-embroidered by karigars in Lucknow. Minor variations between pieces are part of that, not a flaw.
